Why do I get a white screen or a 500 error after activating your theme?
Latest update: February 4, 2019 | Reading time: 1 to 2 minutesA 500 error page or a white screen is usually the result of a fatal PHP error that breaks your website’s functionality. If you are getting it right after you activate one of our themes, our experience indicates that those issues are 99.9% caused by low memory resources. Our theme itself does not require more than 128MB of RAM to work properly, nevertheless if you plan activating memory consuming plugins ( WooCommerce, WPML and others ) or just a high number of them, you should make sure that you have at least 256MB of RAM available for your WordPress installation. Please read this article for more information on the issue.
